How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Rates within the U.S.:
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for orders under $90: $9.9
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for orders over $90: Free
Please Note: Standard shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. There will be an additional shipping fee of $90.

Due to a high volume of orders, there may be delays at our warehouse. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days before your order is shipped.
Do you charge duties and taxes for international orders?
Zonli does not pre-pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges on international orders. The customer is responsible for covering any import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Please be aware that Zonli is not liable for these charges, and we will not issue refunds for them. If you have any doubts or questions regarding the applicable fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
When will my order ship?
As a result of a significant increase in order volume, our warehouse is currently experiencing delays. Kindly factor in an extra 1-2 business days before your order is ready to be shipped.
Typically, all in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days. It's important to note that orders are not processed during weekends or holidays. Please be aware that during periods of heavy order volume, flash sales, and holidays, processing times may extend beyond the usual timeframe.
When will my pre-order ship?
If the item you've selected is a pre-order item, you will find this information clearly indicated on the item's page and in your order confirmation email. The shipping date provided is an estimate, and please be aware that pre-order items might ship as early as 2 weeks before or after the estimated date.
When you place a pre-order, your payment will be processed at the time of checkout. You have the flexibility to make changes to your order at any time before it is shipped, and if needed, you can request a full refund.
