Ordered this blanket as a Christmas present for my stepfather who is in his last days on Earth due to stage 4 cancer. The blanket is poorly made and therefore doesn’t heat evenly. I asked for a refund in January and was first told no outright. When I mentioned that most reputable companies extend their return policies during the holidays they declined to refund because they couldn’t re-sell the blanket. Well no kidding - it doesn’t work! To top it off, the extra battery I ordered never arrived (they at least refunded the cost of the battery.) This company’s customer service is the pits. Do business elsewhere!
