The cover itself is nice and soft, and the hand-painted leaves design looks good on the futon mattress. However, the delivery process was frustrating. It took two weeks for the cover to arrive, while the mattress only took a week. I ordered them together, but the cover was shipped from China, and tracking was difficult since the tracking site was in Chinese with no clear delivery date. I was expecting everything to arrive together, so the separate deliveries without notification were inconvenient. I also wish there were more design options for the covers—this one is fine, but I chose it because it was the best available. Overall, it’s a nice cover that does the job, but the long wait time and separate shipment were disappointing.
