The blanket is the size of a regular throw blanket. It is a decent size for one person. It heats up pretty good and continues to stay warm, helping retain body heat. The heating element are in a single row offset from the center of the blanket. Works great as a wearable cloak however the heating elements aligned offset make it awkward the use as a blanket.

Very good quality and keeps you warm with your own body heat....so you're not sweaty and hot. I used it camping as a blanket and a wrap when sitting by the camp fire. It has a few snaps so it won't slide off your shoulders.

Perfect for backpacking. Can attach to outside of backpack or put into my stuff sac with my sleeping bag. Packs down very small, great and warm and you can wear it around camp with the buttons so that it stays around you.

It's perfect for soccer games, which can last well into the late fall. Wear it before it gets cold and it will keep you warm throughout the game. I took it to an NFL game and it rained the entire game. I wore it over my head and it kept me dry and warm.

What I like most about it compared to other blankets is that it prevents moisture from seeping through surfaces such as damp grass and keeps the surface soft and dry during use. I haven't tried washing it completely in the washing machine, but it's very easy to clean by simply wiping the bottom surface with a damp paper towel. On hot, humid Midwestern nights, nothing stays completely dry unless covered by a tent or other structure. This is a great blanket that is waterproof, lightweight, and affordable. As far as I took this camping over the weekend, with the night time temperatures dropping to the low 50s/High 40s. Using this to keep warm in a camping chair is the business, and the waterproof outer layer is an added bonus. I only used this as my blanket while as I was sleeping, and it provided enough warmth to last me the whole night without me waking up from the cold shivers.
