I. Important Purchase Rules
Must be purchased at checkout. Not available after shipment.
Activates once the order ships. Non‑refundable after activation.
Cancellation is only possible before shipment by contacting Zonli Customer Service.

II. Coverage & Compensation Rules
🔍 Package Loss
When is a package considered lost?
No delivery and no tracking updates > 30 days after shipment.
If tracking explicitly shows “lost,” you may file immediately.
Proof required (any one of):
Official loss confirmation from the carrier
Surveillance evidence indicating non‑delivery
Written proof from a third‑party authority
Police report
Compensation: Up to a full refund of the order value, excluding shipping/insurance fees, per Seel’s assessment.
📦 Package Damage
What damage is covered?
Product damage caused during transit, reported within 7 days of receipt.
Required proof:
Clear photos of the damaged outer packaging
Close‑up photos of the damaged item(s)
Compensation: Assessed by Seel based on severity, up to a full refund of the order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees). You may continue negotiating the amount on Seel’s claim page if needed.
⏳ Delivery Delay
When is a delay claim valid?
Not delivered within 10 days of shipment
Compensation: Fixed $5 (converted to payment currency).
Filing a delay claim does not affect your rights to file for loss or damage later.
III. Key Claim Guidelines

Loss: Anytime after conditions are met with in 30 days
Damage: Within 7 days after receipt
Delay: Within 90 days after payment
Pre‑orders exceeding 90 days: Contact Seel for review.
Zonli Customer Service can assist with claim communications (e.g., providing tracking numbers, following up claim progress).
Contact Zonli for logistics inquiries, help submitting claim materials, or non‑claim issues (product quality or usage questions).
The same issue on the same order cannot be claimed with both Seel and Zonli.
Important distinction from Zonli product warranty
Zonli manufacturer warranty covers product defects after delivery (e.g., Futon Mattress: 1‑year; Battery Heated Blanket: 3‑year; special‑price items: no warranty; certain products may have unique terms). Seel Protection covers transit issues only and does not replace Zonli’s product warranty.
