I really want to give this product 5 stars. It's warm, attractive, and the concept of avoiding the risk of burns from boiling water was appealing (I bought the hot water bottle-style pillow for my partner). The main drawback was the battery charging time. We only got about 2 hours of full heat before it needed recharging. I believe future improvements will address this issue.
